HPSC PGT Selection Method:-

The selection for HPSC PGT Teacher will be made on the basis of a written exam and interview.

HPSC PGT Exam Pattern:-

1. There will be Total 150 Multiple Choice Object Type Question
2. Time duration of the exam: 02 hours 30 minutes.
3. Each question will have five options. The fifth option will be meant for situation where a candidate intends to leave the question un-attempted.
4. There will be 1/4 Negative marking for each wrong answer.
5. In case a candidate neither attempts a question nor darkens the fifth option/bubble, then One-fourth marks will be deducted for each such question.
6. The question paper will be bilingual.
7. The weightage of the written exam will be 87.5 percent and that of the interviews will be 12.5 percent.
8. A candidate will have to secure a minimum of 50 percent marks in case of general category and 45 percent marks in case of reserve category

6	PGT Fine Arts	M.A. Fine Arts with at least 50% marks B.Ed from a recognized university
